Reading the description while I listen to this is very cool.
The journey from Edensford to the Gissenspur Forest is not a long one. Even at their modest pace, the swordsman and the chemist are upon it in less than an hour. At first glance, it was a morbid and frightful place. The forest was surrounded by very large and dark trees, and the undergrowth before them was thick and covered in thorns and brambles. There were also no towns or settlements in the area, allowing monsters and beasts free reign. But once one had made their way down the dark pathways so shaded by those perimeter trees, they would find themselves in the lush and inviting inner forest. The imposing outer layer had insulated this place from The End, and it remained green and fruitful.
