After this, eyewitness testimony from Dr. Jessica ███████ reports subject becoming merged with Entity 004 in an act described as "possession"-- though such terminology is subject to scrutiny. Subject is suspected to be alive, but highly unlikely to recover given the extended interaction with Entity 004 and apparent merger of the two.
