the core of the chords + octave bass + drums is really sweet. my main thought is that the melody could be shaped further, both in terms of effects like vibrato or pitch bends, and in terms of moving in a deliberate direction, having an overall shape. I really like the stuff underneath though - just a little detail on top would really sell it!
