th4 D34D: Actually.. I think he might be right lol. I just looked up some info on the midi format, and it looks like each note takes 6 bytes (3 bytes for the note on event, and 3 bytes for its corresponding note off event). 6 * 20,000 = 120,000 which brings it to about 120 KB. The total size of the file is 194 KB which is definitely more than enough to hold the 120 KB of note data (and leaves a good chunk of room for any metadata and other events in here).
