this is so lovely!! I think my favorite part is hearing a mandolin in this context, its tone works so well here; same for the gameboy drumkit grounding the rhythm tbh. very creative, very nice playing across the board, well done

Wrote this on one chill afternoon in January this year. It was the second song I ever recorded in a DAW (Reaper) and kinda sloppily thrown together, but I'm really proud of it anyway. I recently rerecorded a few of the mandolin parts and added some more polish before submitting.
Everything is live recorded and played by me, except for the gameboy drum machine.
