the beat1 start and end... the end of the beat1 help you to know when it loops... and that tiny divisor sound let you know when it end. Then you have the beginning of the sound, and then if you cut each sound from the beginning to the beginning of the tiny divisor, you will have the loop of each beat :). I hope that help you.
