SCOTLAND FOREVER (doesn't even live in europe x3)
originally wasn't going to join but then i saw a video of a kid from my home county playing the bagpipes and i feel obligated to make something.
anyway this is ulster scots folk music or just generally scots music. tried to mix in a more march banding thing because thats a pretty big thing here in lovely ulster. used a bunch of traditional scots instruments including
- bagpipes
- accordion
- flute
- tin whistle (sounds pretty similar to the flute but ah well)
the untraditional being the gbz80, which i dunno i just love gameboy sounds in triplets it just works great. there's also another instrument that is foreign but you can pick that out if yous want
the mournes are beautiful mountains in county down of Northern Ireland, they can be seen all the way from Belfast, Lisburn, and Dublin down south apparently. they have the biggest mountain, sileve donard, and this ballad is about trekking up the mountains
