I would normally discount this as just being a "tracker remix" where you only keep the samples/instruments but change literally everything else.

Yeah, similarities are fine and sometimes accidental motif-copying happens, but this has so many parts transcribed, if not outright copy+pasted, from Unknown Phuture that it definitely cannot be considered an original work. Sorry d00d D:
