I was running down to the last second on this one! Hopefully the mix is good. I did this in Logic Pro as usual...
Logic Sampler did all the heavy lifting. If you have a good sampler with filters and modulation matrix and stuff you can basically turn a sawtooth into anything. In this case I have it making bass, electric piano, Oberheim-esque brass, synth lead, and string ensemble sounds. The rest is, of course, the Apache break cut up into tiny little pieces and reassembled.
Copious amounts of Valhalla Shimmer reverb are also present :)

I've been in an intense period of burnout for a long, long time and this is the first completed piece of music I have produced in several months. It feels good to feel like I'm participating in something again.

Extremely good stuff! Sounds so clean and pure.

I dig the pacing, the willingness to jam on a good groove for a good while, so it can really soak it in.

So much good instrument design on display here.

The only bad thing about this track is that it ends...
