The creative process here was very much "start with the title and work from there", and looking back I'm not sure it makes much sense, but I still like it.

I'm not very practiced with grafxicism overall, but I especially don't know what I'm doing when it comes to pixel art. I assembled this using a bizarre combination of hand drawing, Inkscape, GIMP, and MS Paint.
