as i forgot how to convert bbcmicro teletext .bin file to .tti, i tried to code a picture to tti converter in a rush ( https://pastebin.com/raw/yj9wvmiA ), it doesn't insert mosaic characters yet, as i needed to fix by hand line by line on QTeletextMaker

thanks @th4_D34D ! btw, i finally fixed the converter! https://pastebin.com/raw/fQ292XcL (mostly, there is a recent bug on sdl libraries (used from sdlbasic) related to pixel colour picking i need to find out better)
