Just putting it out there that I can do Genesis hardware renders! Model 1 VA6.5 or model 2 VA4, take your pick.

I will probably record all MD entries (from both models?) and put them into a video for vorting time. But if you want a recording before that, let me know.

q: is dual pokey in .vgm acceptable for the pokey x2 format? i didn't notice anything mentioned for it. i would assume probably not, cause dual pokey in vgm isn't hardpanned like dual pokey in .sap is

given that POKEYx2 is a hardware hack then i think that the panning and volume of each chip is completely arbitrary since each chip has its own output :D

i'm probably not gonna send in anything else either unless it's a small sketch or something - got a lot else to get done this month. i am ambivalent on more time. if it closes this weekend it will be a pretty small seasonal (granted some ppl will submit at the very end i'm sure), and there are some formats that really need love, but they won't necessarily get it with or without more time :(

i think having an off season is good because we have the space to do other big ideas (such as the present Very Rare II) and it allows hype to build up for winter chip

that said i think it'd be fine to at some point swap spring/autumn and do an "autumn tracks" but *not* do spring tracks the next year
