This is basically a timezone-friendly XHB :D
That means, that the average time you should put into an entry is 1 to 4 hours. You can obviously work a lot longer on your track if you want, but don't think you're forced to do this. The usual XHB-rules apply: Your entry should be done within the day, please don't submit tracks you finished earlier, follow the rules or use the provided samples, depending on the bitpack-type.
