if on mym you can activate the dma channels in the config menu if that's not considered illegal. never used them so i set them off by default

IRC isn't a hard requirement for OHBs and I'm not sure you can make an amendment into a bitpack to force people to use the IRC.

Though it sounds like this is a side compo technically outside the battle.
