Oops, thanks to our brilliant planning instruments are scattered all over the place - better delete all of the instruments and create them from scratch! (in OpenMPT Edit>Cleanup, select only "Remove All Instruments" and when creating new one select "Yes" on "Convert all samples to instruments first?" dialog)
