So I've got free and decided to hashily prepare myself for the Doom WADs streamplay... My, ain't that gonna be a crappy stream now.

And while I'm free, I'm ready to do it no matter the cost! Still need to set up a Windows port on mine, though, for a couple of entries.

Okay, I guess that someone who has more free time would better take over this thread, since now I can clearly say this syncplay was born soooo spontaneously and that I'm not sure whether I can restart it properly. >_<

I'll look into if my machine can handle any sort of streaming, but in any case I'd like to propose an outline of procedure.

Every wad played blind with pistol start UV
After 3 deaths or 15min--whichever occurs first--allow use of iddt to find helpful hidden ammo/health/weapons
After 3 more deaths or 15min, allow conservative saving
After 3 more deaths or 15min, allow saving like a madman and loading when you can see you've messed up irreparably
Allow idkfa if still unsuccessful after 3 more
If you still can't beat it, delete system32 and take copious amounts of whatever drugs (yes, that is plural) rhymes with your favorite theatre actor
If you still can't beat it, lower the difficulty to HMP

As a post-stream treat, after every wad is played, attempt nightmare, 5 deaths before allowing saving.

I've got a better idea - take a shot of rum every time you die/load another game. Take two shots whenever your copy of Doom goes down. Take three shots before you stop the stream.
