why wasn't this a SPC compo? :P

For two reasons...
1. I can't host a SPC compo right now.
and...
2. The majority of the samples would have ended up too large in raw form. This is because they're from my psuedo-SNES music back when I was a fan and I wanted to give SNES music a shot, but I had no clue how to actually convert them over. We're talking 2007-2008...
