I propose adding some kind of possibility to enter competitions without competition.
It may exist already, but i may have overlooked that.
What i mean by that - maybe there should be an option to submit non-ranked entries too, that are submitted to the compo just to celebrate the topic, the creativity and whatever reason.
OR there could be zen compos that are here just for sake of meditation on some topic, exploration etc. No strict deadlines, ranks...
[ Personally i never needed to compete, but i feel it personally when the track gets some rank - and i am not a zen master to ignore that completely :) That excludes submitting incredibly late, that sometimes work as "well i submit that anyway", but the work is being judged and ranked anyway. It may have worked for me as a fuel for improvement, but when some kind of plateau was reached it became sort of counterproductive for further development...]
But hey competition works! I am just saying that it maybe would be fun to try other type of compos :)
