since the upgrade of botb 1.0 to 2.0 we lost the option to attach images.

i believe that a mighty botbr should have this option at a 100 boon upload fee.

edit: it should also be allowed for track submissions and initial OHB posts.

I made the mistake of deciding attachment objects should be abstract enough to tie to comments, entries, and the lyceum. That being said, I haven't done much to move towards that except write some notes. Damns, I need to find all my notes again! Silly move. xP
