years ago i was playing around on LeoCAD ( https://www.leocad.org/ ) and submitted some classic models to eurobricks forum ( https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/48285-key-topic-official-lego-sets-made-in-ldraw/ ), and just imagined how cool would be having such battle format here

ldraw format is quite simpe, is a txt file with a list of bricks in 3d coordinates and rotations and respective colours

Suggests LEGO® Digital Designer (which uses LDraw) and BrickLink Studio as well only because LEGO®.
LEGO® Digital Designer is pretty interesting, the latest version somehow removed parts so you need the part database from the previous version but I don't think even that's complete since if I remember correctly you also got more parts that were only downloaded online and were never put directly in any build to get the complete list.
If there are any missing parts (although I doubt it) I probably have an archive of them somewhere.
