oh god i just realized how CRUNCHY the samples sound in the vgm i just submitted compared to playback in the tracker

Also: entry 1 is illegal. It was submitted at the start and doesn't uses the samples in the pack.

resubmitted to fix the pcm being crunchy as hell (apparently vgmplay does NOT like really high clock rates)
