I could be mistaken but I think right now it starts on the g0g0g0g0.... sometimes there are entertaining chats between the announcement and that point :)

I know for a fact it used to. I did some log-checking and it seems that Strobe has moved it forward. I would also like the log to start once the OHC is announced.
