Dunno if this is intentional, but login is still required to donload bitpacks which caught me off guard a few times. I know it used to not be the case before, then ended up requiring login as a side effect of some changes to handle the bitpack donload. With the login restriction removed from entry donloads I think it makes sense to remove the restriction from bitpack donloads too.

Oh hehe forgot about those battle types, that makes sense.

Maybe if it's opened up for regular battle types like XHBs that be nice, but not a big deal, I'll just have to remember to check bitpacks when I'm signed in.

Id imagine the primary use case for bitpack downloads is for those participating in the xhb at the time, who would need to sign in anyway if they were going to submit an entry to it

The after-the-battle downloading to get info/scrape samples is more an addendum
