similar to this bug report, there are some special characters that break entry downloads.

example: you cant download my entry directly via the download link, instead you have to remove the title from the download link manually to get it to work

i dont really get why the entry title is added to the url in the first place since it works perfectly fine without it. fix should be easy i guess
