Empty voting forms allow users to gain points without actually participating in the voting process, unless empty voting forms count negatively for the tallying process for BotBer's entries? So...

Basically two concerns, none of which I'm certain are bugs:

1. Gaining points without taking the time to listen-analize entries so voting only for the sake of the points.

2. How would this 'apparently valid' empty forms affect the tallying process? Apparently valid since the system informs the BotBer's he's gained points for their zero points given voting (empty voting form) But is it taken as zero points given and therefore being the lowest possible value to be given to an entry? This definately seems to affect aura (tested on a few entries and aura went black quickly. I revoted in any case because it was test rather than actually considering the entries that bad-violatory of rules)

Just so anyone knows that is concerned by this. I added a check to the tally system -- If any vote has a zero in it it gets disregarded. For all of WC5 there were only 6 such recorded votes. The voting form could, of course, be improved....
