In the OHB Halalgear I entered with an mp3, then still could up it to mp3 (which gave me 75 nubs) and then I could do it again. And again, each time getting 75 nubs.

What people never realized is that when you do this, after 3 times, it starts to take away 120 random stat points each time!

Ok, I took a whack at this. I tested my new upload_mp3_allowed and I think it's good. Let me know if I fixed it.
