Just throwing an idea out here: you could implement more rewards for hosting successful ohbs, less rewards for hosting unsuccessful ohbs, rewards for placing high in an ohb, very big rewards for winning a major, and make the real sink the ability to host majors with no restitution of the deposit, say, 25-50k boons per major. Maybe even something like 5k boons per day of compo.

Temporarily pump another 200k boons into BotB and see if the thing stabilizes.

Or just say fuck it, give another billion boons to BotB and make a boon ranking :)

A lot of people have a TON of boons they can't even do anything with. I'm for OrdinateIsDead's idea sort of. I think there should be something like cosmetics for accounts, that cost more than palettes.

The javascript side of things has very readable source. Anyone inspired to improve the player with visualizations (spectral, waveform, demo effects, etc) is more than welcome to do so.
