modified the article to axe the "no Zxx delta counter usage" rule, but posting here to offer this up for discussion. supposedly early NES games actually did use this setting and it was a rule because one person said it should be a long time ago? but, there are surely people who know more specifics than me, so... feel free to discuss :B my choice is by no means a final decision
