why exactly does the modifications section exist? this page is about the format, is it not?

It seems that the format and console page got confused for a while, as this format page was in the "Consoles" category instead of "Formats"...

In any case, I did just move the following sections to the console page (that Opilion linked):
- System Specifications
- Modifications
- Sound Hardware
- Programming

One small detail remains; it would be nice to see the capitalization from this page's title removed, to match all the other format pages.

why isn't double game boy allowed? just submit a .zip with 2 lsdprj files in it. this is probably not that feasible for ohb's but would be a fun option for majors. it's very easy to set up 2 linked emulators
