i have a question about clipnote format:
clipnote studio (editor) has 6 colours available only: #000000, #FF1717, #008232, #FFE600, #003CC8 and #FFFFFF
using other colours when editing those png frames from appdata/roaming (on other editors like cinepaint, gimp, etc) makes these entries illegal?

imo it would be against the spirit of the format to circumvent the software's restrictions yeah

and those halftone patterns as well, i guess
