Wow I never saw this article! It seems this was written before the 1.0 release, BoyScout now works with the Game Boy Advance! I mentioned it on the GameBoy Advance article in the tool section, here is a link to the current release page

If someone is willing to, it would be nice to update the page and format it in the style of the Tool article template. If we can explain how to produce valid GBA or Game Boy entries, it will be possible to add a link to this page in the gba (format) and gameboy (format) articles.

For now, I will just do a quick update with the link to the 1.0 GBA release.
