you put the bass on channel 1 which doesnt play sound in mt32. :x

What? I didn't. Then cubase probably f*cked up the export, because I swear it was in channel 2 🤔

Edit: For some reason this entry gets played in 1..8, 10 mode in some Munts for some weird reason. But it was created in the usual 2..10 mode. If your synth does this, pin it to 2..10 mode.
