December 1994 marked the first appearance of the eerie vessel now known as the "wildship". Sleek as steel, it resembled an aerial vessel more than a boat, yet its presence in an abandoned harbor in Detroit would suggest otherwise.
In February 1995, the doors opened, revealing its passengers: a set of humanoid figures, clad in steel, whose feet fell in unison to the tune of a blinking computer chip on their left temple. The incident was reported by a handful of onlookers, but nothing was seen of the strange creatures until six months later, when they marched back to the wildship amid a dazzling display of strobe lights streaming from the open doors of the vessel.
In 1997, the ship set sail, taking its passengers with it, never to be seen again until minus five years in the future in some other universe.

Samples are chippy things from various modules (and a couple of cheater non-chip bass drums for maximum kick); it's all documented in the source module, so have at it!
Minimal post-processing was done after rendering the module, including some slight EQ (which may have made it sound better or worse... can't tell), normalization, and fixing some pops at the beginning/end of the track. Not that it matters in wildland, but I digress.
Bon voyage, mates!
