Also, if you could please take the time to listen to this track in question at your usual stereo's volume for 30 minutes and ponder the following questions a) does this violate BotB's copyright infringement policy and b) is this just like that time Metallica played with the San Francisco orchestra and then 2pac and NWA showed up and killed everyone?

This /clearly/ implies that you can't use that in this website. You aren't granted a license to use the vocals in your tracks. You are only granted a license to use the soundcloud player embedded in your website, which you are clearly not doing here!!!

This entry should be deleted because it violates copyright and might bring legal trouble to botb!!!!!!!!!!!

..considering the author of this track on botb just made clear its someone else's content on SC :) maybe a written permit from that SC author would be in its place?
