thought of it as a sample chain that can be chopped for adding, modulating some tape sprinkles but it maybe got a little out of hand
just went by max file size of the format and already wondered why no max sample length was mentioned
idk the rules of the following stages of the battle or if this is even useful, but ofc can cut it down to a shorter length
