It's funny that it sounds to you that way, to me it's just the kick layered on top of the piano, but if you didn't know that I guess you can interpret it as the piano getting punchier hehe...

nah she's spitting facts, the piano itself has a nice rhythmic feel to it (accentuated by the kick over it)
