nice. i thought there could have been another element added after the drums drop out to give it a bit more movement, but i still like it. also i thought the bitpack was saying to stick to the contemporary style which is why i didn't enter

yeah I think the bitpack was kinda confusing to say the least but the word "electro" has been shoe-horned into so lots of completely different-sounding genres that I almost can't fault it? most of the bitpack kinda captures the more modern styles (which I don't really care for) with some small bit about what I think is the classic/original style. the catch-all phrase at the end: "All of those genres/sub-genres I've explained (and will show) are legal for this battle!" makes me think it's okay? at the end of the day the critisists will decide!

overall i kinda wanted to mess with hardware again because it was a while since i did anything with it.

i kinda wanted to add some vocoder or voice synth stuff to it (as is electro tradition) but it would've required me to do multi-track and i was happy enough with it but yeah i agree.
