Hmm, who rendered this? It sounds very glitchy and buggy. Same goes for my other .spc, "the acidic lake" (the original .spc of that one glitches anyway, but not quite in as spectacular fashion).

..also, what is the best way to render .spc? ;P

I didn't do the render. But here's how I would do the render... I hex-copy the .spc (from $00100-$10100 in the SPC file to $10000-$20000 in the ROM, to be specific) file into a special testing ROM I use (which is in reality the .spc player by _mic). I then open the ROM with bsnes, and use its audio recording feature. Then I edit it with Audacity to remove delays and perhaps fade it out. That's how my renders are done. I could have used Game Music Box, but there is a quirk (it's rather... clicky in the sense that a completely silenced sample followed with a new note, even if far away, sometimes produces something like that) that doesn't exist in bsnes (and I believe real hardware) that makes it less reliable. Just rendering it off of the original tracker module is what I consider a bad idea, because if you added any echo or any other special effects (I've been using noise and pitch modulation lately), you don't get any of it.

I really like your technique. This really sounds like music from a SNES racing game.

This is one of the most unique SPC compositions I've heard.
Its like a track from an F-Zero sequel that was never released or something...
