a.k.a. Autumnal Waltz (caught between two titling gimmicks, oh my!)

always happy to see NTRQ - i get more and more used to it every time and really love the way it's laid out in the end... though it is the sort of program that requires a lot of setup out of you, it's quite versatile!

speaking of versatile, i had the opening flute motif of "Versatile" from Claude Bolling's Suite for Flute and Jazz Piano stuck in my head (great piece btw highly recommend) and decided to explore that rhythm in my own piece, so that's what started this one up!

submission includes patched NTRQ 1.8 ROM - i loaded up some DPCM stepped triangle waves, which for reasons i'm unsure of don't quite loop properly (maybe some rounding thing) but i leaned into that fact instead : )

it's interesting to hear a track this amazing in the NTRQ section where everyone had lots of issues to get what they wanted out of the damn thing lmao
