Wasn't really planning to submit anything for this battle, but then Vav hosted that 4hb that I was able to start and not finish, so decided to keep working on it until we made it here. Updated on 11/3 to clean up the turnaround into the loop, as well as apply some adjustments to the dynamics and patches.

There used to be this place called The Sandwich Shop in the neighborhood where I lived during my mid-20s: it'd be open from, like, midnight to 4 a.m., close, and then open again a few hours later for a modest breakfast menu until early afternoon. Whenever you went out and had a few too many, it was the place you could always count on to be open and get you what you needed to, well, not perish at least. A save point for local revelers, if you will. This track goes out to that place and those moments that never again will be, but I'll always remember them!

Made in Furnace using the Sega CD setup: OPN (extended channel 3 in this case), square channels, and the RF5 — yay for super crunchy samples.

MP3 audio was rendered via an audacity playback recording of from MDPlayer; foobar2000 really hushes the RF5, it seems. The MP3 fades out after the loop restarts.
