a rework and new thinking of public transport wld be needed because rn everything is going over the central station which is near its collaps.
building more alt central stations for decentralization wld be needed imo. also more than one way to get to the south of the city because rn all traffic goes over the river island and if something happens on that route, youre basically stuck where u are. and that happens a lot sadly.
what else shld be done: return of trams. we got rid of that in the 70s and it shows now. replacing things with busses just isnt enough.
