I've been listening to TISM's De RigueurMortis a lot lately, and for some reason I can really easily imagine snippits of this pieces as one of their sketch / spoken word interlude tracks, like a strong australian accent, half-whispered and breathy:
"you masterfully guide the beast on its happy little path, towards a secluded shopping area that you're sure doesn't have too many people around, so that you may search for your prey in peace. actually, there are many competitors here: an entire army of sharks circling the aisles. 'if they stop, they die,' said your father."
so good.
edit - also, second person perspective is my favorite, I know some people think it's gimmicky, but I think it's delightful.
