Sampled some instruments from my PC98 entry, lol. Also threw in a plain square and saw.
Bit rough in spots, but I'm probably not going to get around to fixing it to satisfaction.

Made with SNESMod (after resaving as .IT in SchismTracker).
Also, I had to re-save the file with SNESAmp to get it to the right size.
