Could maybe use a bit more to it, and some parts sound kinda off to me. Still managed a chill vibe nonetheless.

Yeah, thanks for pointing that out Galgox, I actually looked back at the MIDI file and realised that the synth strings were actually playing a A note while the bassline was playing A#/Bb notes during that time, which interferes and creates a horrible minor harmony (excuse my lack of music theory knowledge :p). I actually spotted this but I thought it was just a weird bass sound, I guess I should double check the notes I'm playing if it happens next time!

the minor 2nd between the strings and bass may have been unintentional but it makes interesting tension to some extent. or maybe the minor 9th is more responsible for that.

This is really nostalgic sounding for me.
