This was a storytellers track for me! The submerging sub sound (that rumble bass) and the little quirks like the marimba-ish hits add a lot.

Feels like there's a stretch of storyline narration going on and DEFINITELY by some goofy neurotic character. Maybe an undersea mission in Toejam and Earl? Cool stuff!
