Lol, I actually had to do some detective work to answer this. I just had this magical version 2.1 sitting on my harddrive and never thought about it much. Just used that because 2.1 must clearly be better than 2.0, right? So it turns out 2.1 is actually just the "2004" version with added tape support. If you grab victracker-20041023.zip from David's site, then that will have the magical 2.1 branding inside. Just tested the track in 2.0, sure enough it works just fine.
