It sounds like Plok, but the samples are: harmonica (Mario Kart DS), bass and most drums (Shrek Ogres & Dronkeys), baritone guitar (Dragon Ball Kai: Ultimate Butouden) clap (SpongeBoB SquarePants and Friends Unite!) and guitar (Sonic Rush Adventure).
