I was auditioning the presets on Surge XT and liked the way one sounded so much that I launched Ardour and recorded what I played from the keyboard. I cut that up into phrases and used that as the lead. The filter is tied to the keyboard velocity, the difference in each phrase I played by hand.

The guitar is from a reed track, the rest of the samples are from my personal collection.
