perc_snare_brush is basically just white noise. If you boost 6.7kHz and 12.6kHz and cut off the low end it sounds really similar to your regular 808 hat.

For the clap I vocoded perc_clap with perc_snare_brush as the carrier, and layered it with the original perc_clap so I could get those high frequencies back.
