in 7edo! music for a wide and silent vista... been reading a cormac mccarthy book and a whole chunk of it was "guys riding horses through huge swaths of open desert" so that's what came to mind in terms of evoking a silent season.

first bespoke! start 'er up by hitting "play" in the big grey songbuilder module. takes a sec to get fired up

advent diary day 12: i've been looking forward to this one! an excuse to try this format i've wanted to try for a long time and never sat down with. modular has always been a sticking point for me, but i'm starting to realize that i shouldn't be trying to approach it from the perspective of "trying to make something i already like making", and instead just feel around for what seems neat. i found a lot of cool stuff to play with and i was only scratching the surface - it was fun! but it's such a radically different paradigm that it's reeeeally hard to adjust to, much moreso than learning trackers was. but... hey, maybe it's doable after all. this thing is pretty easy to use all things considered
